Jennifer is one of the smiling faces you'll see ready to greet you at the front desk. She started with AHWW back in December of 2020 after moving here from Illinois. She has been in the veterinary field since 2013, and has groomed dogs since 2009. She has always said pets are her whole life, and would not have it any other way. She is a self proclaimed nerd who enjoys video games, fantasy worlds, and board games.
Matt joined the team at AHWW in November of 2017. He has been working in the veterinary field since 2010 and is very dedicated to his job and the patients he helps care for. He loves getting to work with animals on a daily basis (especially his very large canine friends!) as a Veterinary Assistant with us! Matt enjoys movies, sports, and especially watching his young son, Patrick, play baseball.
Dawn joined the clinic in 2007. As office manager, she works hard to offer a positive attitude & motivate the staff. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, restoring antique furniture, and spending time with her husband and black lab ( Baxter).
Savanah is one of our veterinary assistants at Animal Hospital of West Woodstock. She has two kids and a handful of fur babies. When she is not at work, you can find her restoring and refinishing furniture or looking for crystals in a creek or mine!
Lindsey is a veterinary assistant at the clinic. She has two sons and a whole bunch of fur babies! Baseball is one of her favorite things in life! In her spare time, you can find her and her family at the baseball field watching one of their sons play ball or at a Braves game.
Jimmy has a long history with the Animal Hospital of West Woodstock, beginning when he was a client during elementary school in 1992. He began working here as a veterinary assistant in February of 2005. In college, Jimmy majored in Computer Science and Biology. He enjoys video games, movies, music, and working out. Jimmy is a huge help around the clinic and is very dedicated to his job.
Kristen is originally from San Diego but currently resides in Acworth. She is the mother of a an active little baseball player. She has also been one of the wonderful receptionists at AHWW since 2019. She loves dogs, cats, and all other fur babies. When she is not at the clinic, she is spending her time at the ball field with her son and husband.
Kayla has been a veterinary technician since 2017. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys working with all types of animals from companion pets to wildlife. She was born and raised in the south and is a self proclaimed nature enthusiast. In her spare time, she thoroughly enjoys camping, kayaking, and listening to music.
Kat is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She has always loved working with all types of animals, and has been very fortunate to get so many chances to do so. She loves working with animals every day because "they have always had [her] heart." In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dogs, photography, and drawing.
"Ne" was a veterinary assistant at the clinic for over 25 years. She is now taking care of all the Animal Hospital of West Woodstock pets in heaven. Everyone at AHWW misses her dearly and she will always be remembered for her close personal relationships with both the clients and their "babies."
