Convenient Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patient's needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
When illness or injury strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. For this reason, we accept Care Credit: a medical credit card that offers interest-free payments. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application, and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly interest-free installments.

We also offer insurance options thoughTrupanion Direct Pay which allows Trupanion insurance company to pay the hospital directly. We also accept all other pet insurance companies. With other companies you would pay the full amount of your bill and file a claim for reimbursement of the covered portion. Our staff can assist you in gathering the necessary information and filling out the form to file your claim.
